User Management

Visitors can create a free log in account once with us with which they can shop for as many times they needs to rather than filling the asked details each time shopping. Users will have their own separate profiles uploaded at our site. Password assistance is also provided at times. Users can check their saved designs and can order selecting from them which saves their time searching for the same each time. Uploading of artworks, designs, graphics, and texts by users gets convenient. We will ensure the security of their correspondences, payments, shopping and carts. Customers can also view the history of their payments, orders, current status of their orders and shopping details

Users need to create their accounts providing all correct details like name, password, contact number, email id, default billing information and default shipping information.

Once their profiles are created, they can sign in with their email ids and passwords which they had provided with the signing up details.

Users can view their respective accounts after signing in and can edit their address details if required.

Users can see their order details like- Order ID, Date, Status, Total Price and Action.

Action will show the product details like Sl. No., Item Name, Image, Price, Quantity, and Line Total.

Users can place orders for the same products by choosing to re-order.

Order Management

More than one product selection can be made by one user at a time and similarly, same product can be reordered. Once the order is made and payment is done by ____, delivery is ensured on time. Meanwhile users can view the status of their order and can view the complete list of orders.

Users on logging in can find all their order details like Order ID, Date Status and Total Price at “My Orders”.

Shopping cart can be viewed clicking on details for re-ordering and viewing further details.

Shopping Cart

Users are taken through the shopping cart once they are done with their selections and customization of their selections. Our shopping cart gives the entire detail of all the products the registered user is shopping for. Users can add more selections or may remove previous selections and can get to see the price and payment details on this window.

Easy Payment Options

Web2Print application follows an easy payment method. First, the users are required to fill in the delivery details like name and address of the person to whom the delivery is to be made, messages to be sent along with the product etc. Secondly, the shipping details are then shown to the users which include the shipping charges, delivery date and time, delivery reference number by which tracing the product and its delivery status can be located anytime. Third, the user confirms the details and fourthly, the payment is made by various options like ___________.

Admin Features

Printobia Admin page is a user friendly page designed to be used by every common man. The user needs only to click open the manus on the right hand side of the page to view the respective details.

Home menu:

This menu shows the user name and their respective order status. The details of the user like- Name, Shipping Address, Payment Address, detail of the ordered product, order status, can be seen on clicking on the user name. The user details can be deleted anytime the administrator needs to just by clicking on the Red Cross besides each user name.

Catalogue menu:

This menu gives the entire list of products available at the Web2Print Application. The category names contain all the products. Each category can be clicked open to check its detail, and necessary additions and deletions can be made to each category.

Business Cards:

This menu shows all the categories of the business cards available. By clicking on each category the details can be reviewed along with necessary deletion and additions are made. The same mode of operation can be seen for Business Card Back Images, Post Cards, Post Card Back Images, Banners, Car Door Magnets, Real Estate Signs, Address Labels, Letterhead, Gift Vouchers, Lawn Signs and Rack Cards menu.

Fonts:

This menu consists of all types of font styles available in our website for customization purpose. Each font name can be opened to check details and editing is permissible. New fonts can also be added by clicking on the “add new font” option.

Templates:

Various designs are available for the all categories of the product. Clicking on the respective product will show all categories of designs available for the product. Additions of new templates can be made.

Designer Services:

Various customizing tools are available for customizing the template.

User Management:

This menu shows the user name along with their respective registration details. Upon clicking on the user name, their details will be shown at the left side of the page. User profile can be deleted if required by clicking on the delete option available on the page. Messages or emails can be sent by the administrator to the user by clicking on the mailbox appearing next to each user name.

Coupon Management:

In case discounts are available for the product, the administrator can add necessary coupons details for the user to check. Respective coupon codes can be generated by clicking on “generate code” option.

Order Management:

6 order statuses are maintained on the site:-

Not verified (for the users whose order and payment is not verified),
Paid (for those users who have made the payment for their respective products successfully),
Shipped (for those users whose products have already been dispatched successfully),
Delivered (for those users who have confirmed receiving their products),
Cancelled (for users who have cancelled their orders).
Null (for users who have not made any purchase but have created their user accounts with us).
Order details can be seen by clicking on the respective user names. Orders can be deleted on need by the administrator by clicking on the Red Cross appearing next to the corresponding user name.

Email Template:

Several email templates are available for the administrator to communicate with the user on need on any issue arising from the order information to password and user account information. New templates can also be added as per requirement.

Settings:

This menu allows changes to be made to the Admin ID, Paypal ID and passwords.

Log out:

Logging out of the admin page is done by clicking on the log out menu, which will then request for the username and password to log in again to the page.
